1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions apply to all annual service plans offered by EV Solar & Battery Storage Ltd, including Solar PV and Solar PV + Battery packages.
2. Service Term
All service plans are valid for a 12-month period from the date of purchase. Services must be used within this period; unused benefits do not roll over.
3. Scope of Services
The services included in each package are outlined in the Service Plan Description provided at the time of purchase. These may include system inspections, diagnostic testing, emergency callouts, performance reports, and discounts on additional services.
4. Payment
Monthly payment plans are available. If you prefer to pay annually in advance, we’ll apply an early payment discount. All prices include VAT.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel your plan within 14 calendar days of the purchase date for a full refund, provided no services have been delivered.
After the 14-day cooling-off period, the plan becomes non-refundable, even if unused. No partial refunds will be issued.
6. Emergency Callouts
We will do everything possible to get you up and running again during the visit. If this is not possible, we will make your system safe, explain what the fault is and where necessary provide you with a quote for repairs.
7. Access & Safety
Access to solar panels, inverters, and wiring must be safe and compliant with health and safety standards. If we cannot access your system safely or require a scaffold to repair a roof fault, we will explain why this is needed and provide you with a quote.
8. Exclusions
These service plans cover inspection, testing, and reporting. They do not include repairs, part replacements, or corrective labour unless specifically stated in the plan.
Battery expansions, inverter upgrades, or significant remedial works are quoted separately.
9. System Monitoring (Platinum Plans)
Platinum plan members may receive remote diagnostics if their system supports it. By subscribing, you consent to limited remote access for performance monitoring. We will never share or sell your system data.
10. Renewal
Service plans will auto-renew. We will send a reminder 30 days before your plan expires. If you wish to cancel your subscription for the following year, please contact us via phone or email.
11. Amendments
EV Solar & Battery Storage Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. Any changes will be communicated before your next renewal.
